"Agri Hagu Hug"
Hello, I'm Shinjiro Imura. I operate this organic farm in the Kahoku-gata
reclaimed land near Kanazawa city. In this page, I'm going to introduce our
standards and ideas on developing these organic ingredients into processed
products. Also, let me talk about the story of "Kanazawa agriculture," which
focuses on the organic cultivation of soy, rice and wheat, and the agricultural
factory "Kanazawa Daichi," which focuses on the processing of all these organic
materials and also my future attempts on this field through "Agri Hagu Hug"
project.
"Kanazawa Agriculture" is a group of producers who are authorized as organic
JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) by Japan Organic & Natural Foods
Association. Our main crops are Barley, Wheat, Soy and Rice. "Kanazawa Daichi"
is the marketing division of products harvested from "Kanazawa Agriculture."
